These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Roadmap Project website and services (“Service”), operated as an independent individual project (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18 and will delete accounts found to be in violation.
Roadmap Project provides informational fitness and nutrition guidance only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must consult a qualified medical or healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any training or nutrition program — particularly if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, health concern, or any history of disordered eating, body image issues, or mental health conditions that may be affected by dietary or body composition goals. You use all plans and recommendations entirely at your own risk.
Workout plans, diet plans, body analysis, progress feedback, and all other content are generated by artificial intelligence. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, safety, suitability, or effectiveness of any AI-generated content. You agree to apply your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek professional advice before acting on any recommendation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@growthresearchlab.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties.
You retain ownership of content you upload, including body photos, goal reference photos, and personal descriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content through our AI systems and third-party service providers solely for the purpose of generating and updating your fitness plan and tracking your progress. We do not use your photos or personal data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or training AI models.
We collect pseudonymous usage data when you use the Service — including which pages you visit, actions you take, and general session information — to improve reliability and the user experience. This data is stored on our own infrastructure and is not sold or shared with advertising networks. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Paid access to the full Service is provided through a monthly subscription plan processed via Dodo Payments. Subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel. You authorise us (via our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method at the then-current subscription price on each renewal date. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with advance notice.
You may request a full refund of your initial subscription charge within 7 days of the charge, provided you have made fewer than 2 plan generations or updates and fewer than 2 weekly check-ins during that period. This window exists so you can evaluate the Service; it is not intended for users who have already received the core value of the subscription.
Renewal charges are non-refundable — you are responsible for cancelling in Settings before the next billing date. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with AI-generated guidance, or for accounts terminated for violating these Terms (fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, illegal content).
EU and UK customers — 14-day withdrawal right: under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 9) and equivalent UK legislation, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because the Service is a digital service delivered immediately on subscription, by completing the purchase and agreeing to these Terms you (i) expressly request that performance begins immediately upon payment, and (ii) acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive. Our 7-day evaluation refund above remains available on the conditions stated, and nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
To request a refund, email hello@growthresearchlab.com from your account email with your Dodo order ID and a short reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days; approved refunds return to the original payment method and take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank. Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most disputes are resolved faster by email. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights you may have under local consumer law (including EU/UK distance-selling rules and India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019).
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Account Settings. Deletion is irreversible. Payment records may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations even after account deletion.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems; (c) upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service or its AI outputs commercially without permission; or (e) impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
All branding, software, design, and non-user-uploaded content on this platform are owned by or licensed to Roadmap Project. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission. AI-generated plans delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute plans generated by the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roadmap Project and its operator and any contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including injury, health complications, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content. In all cases, our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.
We hope to resolve any concerns directly. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@growthresearchlab.com and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the appropriate consumer forum or court under applicable Indian law. Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising statutory rights available under your local consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Nothing in this clause affects mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
